SDTechGirl - in print (text in photos via flickr)

January 3rd, 2008

Been thinking about doing this by hand….and then came across this little program on the web…..pretty slick

Now….I’ve got to figure out how I’m going to print and mount this….how cool will this look on the office wall?!?

I ran across this great collection of letter sets by Leo Reynolds on flickr while playing with this - if you scroll down this HUGE list of sets you’ll see sets of letters, numbers and punctuation! They have a creative commons license (some rights reserved) on them - please read it before using his images.

The Best Xmas Gift ever - “Xtina tweets” comic book

December 25th, 2007

Merry Christmas!

I have my very own comic book - no really…. Jerry (J_dogg/ZenChaos/Zen) made me a comic book using all of my twitter posts from the last year!

We both started twitter-ing at about the same time, I started at the Web 2.0 conference in San Francisco - I had no idea what a twitter was then, but it was simple enough to get started and I jumped in. It’s actually when the moniker sdTechGirl was conceived.

At any rate - here it is - in html form. It is the single most thoughtful, cool gift I have ever received - I know it took a lot of time for him to create and it means a lot to me that he cared enough to do it.

I <3 Jerry.
